THROAT SINGING WORKSHOP
You have the unique opportunity to participate in a very basic workshop in vibration.
You will be given simple steps to make contact with your individual vibration and to open up your voice to the world of harmonics.
The workshop in harmonics and throat singing is very easy to understand and at the same time it can be very profound.
Participants wearing blockages in the voice
can experience a solution and harmonization.
The technology originates from the Mongolian culture - Tuva
Throat or polyphonic singing is an ancient art form practiced throughout the world and gives the practitioner more energy, opens up the voice, gives centering, slows down the breathing, balances the third eye which strengthens your contact with the intention and vision, dream ect ...
Above all, singing is a path to prosperity.
You don't need to have any prior knowledge tp participate, you are welcome as you are, if you want to invite more singing into your life and find your voice and power or if you are already been singing a while and want to deepen your knowledge.
After the workshop everyone gets the exercises so you can continue practicing .

CONCERT with Aleider Bernal Cordoba ( Colombia/Sweden)
This unique Singer and Songwriter is known and loved for his gentle light and colourful mix of self composed world folk and cermonial songs in english and spanish. With his special heartwarming voice he holds a cermonial and wounderful space and participants often gets deeply moved during a concert.
Aleider recorded his first album Frön, together with former Swedish reggae band Solklart
and made 2 solo albums , Munay and Letters to the Beloved.
He made and does still perfomances together with the band Härvaro.
Aleider has also been opening up for musicians like Shimshai and Kultiration.
Born in Colombia and rasied in sweden Aleider early started his journey with singing, When he was twenty he left a carrier as an actor on teaters in nordic sweden and traveled south to start his journey as a Musician, He started busking and make his living on street and cafes. He made his journey through Europe and Southamerica spreding his unique sound and been performing, leading singing circles and holding voice workshops at Ananda marga Bliss festival Portugal, Öland roots Festival , Space of love Festival, Shimshai Europe tour 2019 Copenhagen, Samskapelsen Stjärnsund ect.
A Concert with Aleider is a colourful journey through the spectrums of sound and will touch you and lift your mood from deep within.
